Summer basketball at its finest. The Drew League was founded in 1973 as a place for young men and women of South Central LA to learn life lessons through basketball. This court has seen some of the best of the best in its 40 year history.
In March, Puma sent me to document Usain Bolt during his training for the 2016 Olympic Games at his home track in Jamaica. I photographed Bolt in both his gym session and on the track through his preparation.

Trek Bicycles placed me inside the Trek Factory Racing team for an entire season. This is a collection of images from that time. I travelled with the guys to training camps, races, off days - in the bus, in the hotels and on the road for a glimpse inside the team.

In 2015, I had spent a lot of time with the cyclists of Trek Factory Racing at the races but in discussions with Trek we really wanted to learn more about their time at home, where they came from and what it means to them to have reached the height of their sport. I set off with the press officer and writer from the team and we went to the homes of 6 of the teams riders, met their families, ate their grandma's signature dishes and saw a beautiful glimpse into the road to being a professional cyclist.
In Mallorca, I photographed Team Sky for Rapha, documenting their early season training and the personalities of the Tour de France winning team.

It was a dream of mine to go to the Tour de France. I was invited by the Radioshack Leopard Trek team to follow them for a week at the end of the Tour and document their time there. I took a train to Southern France to meet up with the team and coming out of the train station I walked through town towards the finish line of the stage. Somehow I was surprised that Tour was a real thing. I had only seen it growing up in California at 5am on TV. It has a special energy unlike any bike race I've photographed and a palpable tension where the highest goals are at stake.
